A young girl presented with a several months history for cutaneous papuloplaques. Her past medical history was noticeable for an operation for nasal obstruction resulted from bilateral nasal masses. Skin biopsy revealed granulomatous infiltration.... Otherwise she was healthy.

 What is your diagnosis and how will you treat her? 

Diagnosis: Sarcoidosis
